About us
My journey started in Greece, where i studied culinary arts in 2015 and worked in restaurants learning the craft and passion behind great food. In 2019,I moved to US right before COVID, starting over in a completely new place with big dreams and lots of determination. In 2021, I began making homemade jams as a side project and selling them at local farmers markets. Seeing people enjoy something i made from scratch inspired me to keep going and eventually turn my passion into a bakery. Now, every pastry, cake, coffee and jar I make carries a piece of that journey -from Greece to farmers market to building a space that feels warm, welcoming and made with love
