About us

My journey started in Greece where I studied the Culinary Arts and worked in several restaurants, developing a passion for food and creativity. I moved to the U.S. right before COVID with big dreams and lots of determination. I began making homemade jams as a side project and selling them at local farmers markets. Seeing people enjoy something I made from scratch inspired me to keep going and eventually turn my passion into opening my own bakery/coffee shop. Now, every pastry, cake, coffee and jam I make carries a piece of my journey from Greece to farmers' markets to building a space that feels warm, welcoming and made with love.
